I think it's likely that this man is the greatest hero in the history of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
And I'm pretty certain he is also a Marine.
This is why I think we will be hearing more about SSA Brian Dugan.

A lot more.
I know who I'd pick in a heartbeat to replace Christopher Wray.
When was the last time you saw an FBI agent or official that looked humble?
The redaction on the signature was not to protect Special Agent Brian Dugan, who wrote the document.

It was to hide the corruption of Rod Rosenstein, who was tricked into signing his own confession.
For anyone who is a bit confused. That was a DOJ filing in the James Wolfe case. He was the Senate Officer that was having an affair with a young reporter.

Exhibit 13, above, the DOJ is making a sworn declaration that the entire Page FISA Application was leaked to the press.
In March of 2017!!!

The DOJ swore it as true, under oath. And SSA Brian Dugan got Rod Rosenstein to sign the declaration.

Did you read about this leak in the NYTimes?

How about the WaPo?

CNN?

Did the DOJ charge him with the leak?

The answer is NO to all of those questions.
Why?

Because it was a cover up.

Leaking a HIGHLY CLASSIFIED FISA Application to the press, is a HUGE DEAL.

Wolfe threatened to call SSIC Members as witnesses if he was charged.

He was only charged with a false statement charge.

See the problem?
I figured I should point out a few weaknesses to this theory.

1) The loop on the signature could be the "g" in Dugan, and it just look's like Rosenstein's "j"

2) The third word under the line that is redacted could be "supervisor" or such, then Rod's sig would make more sense
3) Rod is actually a good guy, and tasked Dugan with writing this exhibit, and then signed it to add the Acting AG's authority to it. That doesn't really sound like Rod, but it's possible.

4) I got everything wrong. Most of it is guessing. It's surely possible that I am.
