As exciting as this is (especially for BTS!), the sad reality is that Western labels will do whatever it takes to find loopholes. Don't expect this to mark the end of shady practices meant to artificially inflate album sales.
But if this change actually does what it's designed to do (i.e. reflect consumer behavior more fairly), then the charts will finally show what #ARMY has known for ages—that NOBODY sells actual records like the boys do.
