Ontario-centric hot take: I could hang in stage 2 for a little while longer, the restrictions in stage 2 make me feel good about our progress and free enough while navigating a pandemic. Whereas stage 3 is exciting but doesn’t quite match the general tone most of us are taking.
I buy that our approach is working! That cases is down! I’m excited for people’s excitement about indoor dining! For more people to be hired as places reopen! But I get more nervous moving into this stage than I did when we moved into stage 2. This is unscientific, just

Now, if haircuts weren’t a part of stage 2, maybe I’d be ready for whatever stage had haircuts, who knows?
