@UPS, these packages contain food for the wildlife in our care. They have been on your truck for almost a week in high heat and humidity. We ordered with plenty of time for delivery. We are now running low. PLEASE DELIVER THE FOOD FOR OUR ANIMALS!!!

This is 4 boxes, 50lbs each, of animal food. It's not small and it takes up a sizable part of the vehicle so it's not being overlooked, @UPS. It's just not being delivered.
