Someone posted a screenshot of hellishly overpriced cabinets on Wayfair that just so happened to have different names and different prices. This company is called WFX Utility.

We were told these cabinets are “accurately priced” yet they have seemingly bigger and nicer cabinets on their website for half to a third of the price of the WFX cabinets.

Notice she also said “the supplier did not adequately explain the high price point.” But WFX Utility is owned by Wayfair. Why would they go out of their way to blame the seller, when they ARE the seller??? Also, an old Vox article tells us THEY decide prices.

They told us that the cabinets were accurately priced, but not ONCE did they mention the pillows or other items that were unreasonably priced.

If you go to their “Babies and Kids” section and scroll all the way down, under Nursery Furniture you will find an interesting “typo” that happens twice in one paragraph. I wasn’t sure if it was true. It is. The first is what I saw online, second is my own screenshot.

They did not CORRECT this part, they DELETED it. “If you’re looking for where to buy baby and kids online, then you’ll have no trouble finding a great option on Wayfair!” Wouldn’t you just put the word PRODUCTS after the word kids instead of just DELETING it entirely!?!?

There is allegedly a “platinum team” that handles expensive orders and the regular customer service team is not allowed to handle these transactions. I don’t know if this is true but it’s out there.
