voting for biden—much like it was for clinton in 2016—once again sets a precedent for democrats to continue pushing uninspiring, servient to capital, imperialist candidates, that 60 million people will inevitably vote for regardless simply because they’re not republicans.
2016: “we can’t let trump get into office! vote for this uninspiring establishment hack or else!”

2020: “we gotta get trump out of office! vote for this uninspiring establishment hack or else!”

2024: “we can’t let [x] win! vote for this uninspiring establishment hack or else!”
2032, when we’re all practically underwater: “please don’t let donald trump jr. getting into office, he’s unlike anything we’ve ever seen!!! stan (vote for) chelsea clinton, folx <3”
you lot have had 4 years to not only learn your lesson from 2016, but also to organize a third party, independent, maybe even green party candidate(s), to get on the ticket? why not put pressure on dems to give you someone to the left of trump, unlike biden? i am bored
but, instead... yet again, we’re in the midst of an endless recycling of the 2016 election discourse—that will very much continue into the midterms and ultimately, 2024. hate that for y’all.
the condescension in the above tweets is directed specifically towards the people shaming people for being disinvested and not voting. and i mean every word!

everyone should disinvest from national electoral politics & organize their communities!
