Since talking about each member's individual strengths would make the thread ππππ long, I'm going to leave that for another time and focus on what makes these 6 skilled dancers a great ππππ¦.

First of all!! I want to talk about ONF's teamwork and how it's essential to their performance!
ONF themselves are proud of their teamwork and have said that it's perfect, and that's evident in their dance. It shines through their sync, chemistry on stage, stable stunts etc.

Despite each of them having a different dancing style, and off team + etion usually adding a really strong personal touch to the choreography, ONF ππππππ look like one team.
While keeping their own individuality as dancers, they always have the same energy, even more than their moves, their vibe is in sync!! They match each other's dynamics and feel really well!

Looking like a natural team that moves as one can only be achieved through countless hours of practice together, it comes from experience, getting used to each other's dancing, learning from one another, listening to one another
That's not saying their synchronization isn't on point tho!! Check out this clip! Crazy.
Even slowing it down a ton, their angles are perfect!

The μκ±°μΌ part is top tier eye candy, I can't stop rewatching it
I also want to point out that their sync with their dancers is incredible!!
(I don't mean to compare them to others, but perfect sync between a group and their dancers is not that common)

Great teamwork is required for contact moves! They look really cool and not particularly difficult at first glance, but making them look good, matching up to one another perfectly to get that cool picture! can be really hard. If you don't trust me, trust Yuto!
ONF have π πππ of contact moves and pair dances in their choreography and they nail them everytime! Choreography like this requires both a TON of practice and great chemistry between the members

The Hyojin-Etion pair dance in We Must Love is particularly difficult since they have a bunch of poses they have to hit together and neither member's part works at all on its own, they really depend on each other here

Another difficult hand holding! Matching your arm placements and getting that perfect hold with intertwined fingers is not an easy task at all, especially since the moves are so quick

It requires a high level of strength and control and stamina. Putting in a lot of force while still keeping the move clean and precise is πππππππππ difficult. ONF's sheer strength is impressive

They're always so stable when it comes to lifts, their teamwork shines here too! You can tell that they've practiced this countless time and that they trust each other

Something I've noticed is that ONF have really good groove!!
ONF as a whole seem to have been well trained in street styles! (as evident from their predebut dance practices)
It's also obvious in the way they digest choreography that requires solid street dance basics!

A lot of K-pop choreography is based on hip-hop basic moves, but the classic -boy group knife-like dance- highlights clean lines and perfect synchronization rather than focusing on groove and bouncing to the beat. So strong idol dancers are not necessarily strong hip hop dancers.
Watch the leaders go off! 
ONF look really natural doing basics that require a good sense of groove, they look just as good as the Alien pro dancer girls!
(no wonder some people in the comments of this video thought ONF were part of Alien's male team rather than an idol group)

To finish it off, one of my favourite moments in We Must Love's choreography that is yet another showcase of ONF teamwork
The move where they hit their backs against each other is so freaking cool, it's so much harder than it looks

They have to literally crash into and lean on each other, but they can't even see one another, so it all depends on both of them putting in the exact same amount of power so they stay safely balanced.
They perform it in such a beautiful and dramatic way, they make it look easy!
