Most people who are considered degenerates are doing a lot of these things, defending them, and trying to convince other people that they're correct

I will say this is a somewhat harsh thread and it is that way for a reason.

Most men in 2020 are doing multiple of these things and don't know how to stop or what to do intstead

We must be better

If you want to succeed, avoid these things and the people around them
1. Don't train

I'm not even gonna waste time explaining why this is so important

Just know it's #1 for a reason

If you aren't training then you need to start

and you need to start today

2. Smoke weed excessively

Weed makes you comfortable with whatever circumstance you're currently in even when it's shit

Stop blunting your emotional pain and pretending everything's good,

Push yourself to be better

Actually make your circumstances better

Don't just pretend
3. Go out to drink way too often

Is drinking a few beers fine? Sure

But going out 3 or 4 days every week to party or drink is bad

You need to prioritize getting shit done and actually creating something for yourself

Stop boozing and chasing girls with your loser friends
4. Prioritize Video Games

Fucking video games are the silent killer of the next generation

We have these young men who don't mentally mature past 17 because they just play games in perpetuity

You can play games but make sure gaming doesn't ever become your purpose
5. Pornography and Masturbation

How do you kill your testosterone, become afraid of women, start simping, and become mentally weak all at the same time?

This used to just fit in the with above...not anymore

These women are not mentally healthy and they exploit weak men

OnlyFans, Cam sites, Pretending obesity is healthy?

WTF?

7. General Media Overconsumption

- Netflix
- Instagram
- Tik Tok
- Reddit
- Youtube

And so much more

This stuff will guarantee you a life of mediocrity and unhappiness

You must limit this shit at any cost

8. Lack of a Good Diet

What you put inside yourself actually does matter...

Good health is the most important thing and diet is probably the single biggest piece of that

9. Lack of Financially Literacy

The average American is 38k in debt

aka they are not financially literate.

FINANCIAL LITERACY IS MANDATORY.

10. Poor Sleep

If you're young and want to become successful then sleep needs to become a priority

You perform at much higher levels after a good sleep

and you're going to need a lot of good performances if you want to succeed

You don't need to have some incredible goal that seems impossible but you need a direction

You should always be working towards something
