@GPen customer service and shipping is fucking ridiculous. I ordered 2 replacement tanks for my connect on June 27th - after waiting for them to come back in stock. To be told by them that they are still out of stock! WHAT THE FUCK G PEN! #fuckingstupid
Additionally, they are blaming it on the pandemic???? WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU SAY THEY WERE BACK IN STOCK WHEN THEY WERENT. Customer service is now telling me they can’t guarantee it to get to me by my trip August 10th??? I ordered it 2 months prior almost!!!! 😡
The pandemic has nothing to do with shipping and out of stock fucking items. All other online stores and fulfillment’s are being processed no problem. After I receive my packages, @GPen has lost a customer.
