Ok let me do a separate thread about the storyline parts of Korra that aren’t making any sense to me

Such as:

- Aang being a bad father
- Katara sits idly for DECADES while the water tribes are in chaos
- Tenzin keeps getting DROPPED??
- Toph is a COP??
- Sokka ????

I’m trying to figure out how we get some continuation of SPARKY SPARKY BOOM MANS bloodline and NOT Sokkas???

Sokka the Teenage boy with no bending who even by episode 1 had trained a child militia ready to defend themselves from the fire nation (babies screaming SHOW NO FEAR and throwing rocks ) Sokka is literally a makeshift commander and an incredibly clever warrior. Right?

He ends the series w Suki, An ACTUAL COMMANDER OF AN ELITE WARRIOR tribe .. Sokka and Suki’s children/clan should literally have been the STRONGEST NON BENDER TRIBE IN EXISTENCE! They could’ve supported the avatar! Been special forces! The clan that ACTUALLY kept new avatars safe

I could’ve understood Sokka upholding order and becoming the Police Chief just because it fits his personality more imo but TOPH??? ANTI ESTABLISHMENT TOPH? The writers are a LIE

And onto Katara? She alive BUT SHE MINDSWELL NOT BE CAUSE SHE JUST PLAY GRAN GRAN ALL DAY

The same Katara that incited rebellions for people she’d never mets freedom watches quietly as Unalaq becomes a tyrant?

Allows a spirits to be angered and unbalanced at the poles? YEA OK

Katara letting Aang show blatant favoritism towards Tenzin?? Take him all over the world?? And leave their other children behind?

In the spirit world Iroh told Korra to talk to ZUKO to learn about Aang bc he was his “closest friend”ZUKO? NOT HIS WIFE?? WHY WOULD KATARA NOT HELP

I know this is a bit of a side note but according to that picture Kya not even the oldest?? Why she got all white hair looking like her mama when her brothers have full dark hair.. we DESERVED BADDIE LONG DARK PONYTAIL KYA

Now on a positive note the Beifong sisters be kicking ass lmfaoooo even if it’s each other’s! I’d expect nothing less from Toph’s metalbending girls
