Many RWs are abusing/criticizing Central Govt for not intervening in WB Law & Order Crisis & calling BJP Central Govt "Spineless", "What's use of 303" "enjoying k¡lling of BJP workers for gaining power" & are demanding President Rule in WB & CBI or any other Inquiry.
They are forgetting few things.
1. Law & Order is a State Subject & Central Govt cannot interfere in it.
2. Central Govt has already issued advisories many a times to WB Govt but TMC Govt always ignored
3. President Rule cannot be imposed at the whims & fancies of RWs.

5. CBI draws its powers from a special law. "Delhi Special Police Establishments Act, 1946"
Sec 6 is quoted as follows:~
Consent of State Govt to exercise of powers and jurisdiction.—Nothing contained in Sec 5 shall be deemed to enable any member of the Delhi Special Police...

Even for handing over cases to CBI, the HC & Supreme Court listen to response from the State concerned.

6. Central Government cannot initiate CBI Inquiry on its own. Either State Govt recommends for it or SC/HC directs for CBI Inquiry in any matter.
WB State Government will never recommend for CBI Inquiry in any matter of WB. Neither HC nor SC has directed for CBI Inquiry.

7. Moreover on 17th November 2018, the WB govt has withdrawn General Consent for CBI Inquiries in the State.
This means CBI will now have to seek permission from the Chief Minister of WB on a case-to-case basis.

So instead of discouraging West Bengalis from Voting for BJP, RWs should back BJP and encourage voters to come out in Large numbers to Vote for BJP.
Only this is the permanent Solution to get rid of TMC goons. All other options won't effect much.
