also this almost definitely illegal lol bc sussex (like most? all? unis) requires evidence of disability before granting reasonable adjustments which means they should be protected under the equality act (ie the uni has a duty to provide the reasonable adjustments)

academics i promise it is not your job to decide whether students’ reasonable adjustments are warranted or not (or how “severe” their cases are) and you’re probably not in a good position to do so anyway
