As a guest on @BBCWorld discussing December terror attacks @Abukar_Arman is asked a simple question.

Is there an actual plan to defeat the group (Al-Shabaab)?

Mr. Arman starts talking about the Mayor of Mogadishu and filibustered for 2 minutes solid ignoring the question.

BBC host jumps in rephrases the question. Asks Mr. Arman

"What in your view is the most effective way to fight Al Shabaab?"

A softball question even for political novices.

Mr. Arman starts talking about "Ghost Lords"... confusing both the host and the viewing audience!

BBC host seeing his guest was struggling horribly, out of his depth and lacking mental dexterity to think on his feet. Throws Mr. Armen a lifeline by suggesting talks between Al-Shabaab and the Gov. as the answer.

There is a major difference between world-renowned political analysts and a self-anointed one.

Here is Canadian political analyst Matthew Bryden tackle that simple question @Abukar_Arman struggled with. Both interviews were conducted on the same day.

We know @Abukar_Arman calls himself a political analyst but doesn’t know the region well. He conflates Somaliland the (Independent State) and Woqooyi Galbeed an (Administrative region)

He doesn’t know the history of political figures in the region. The most deplorable thing about @Abukar_Arman is not his intellectual dishonesty. It’s the individuals he promotes and amplifies on his account like @MohamoudGaildon an extremist that is advocating for war and terrorism against #Somaliland.

So let’s talk about what is really irritating unionists like @Abukar_Arman and extremists like @MohamoudGaildon!
