When That’s So Raven was first conceived, it was going to be called “The Future Is On Me” starring a character named Dawn Baxter. Then the name changed to “Absolutely Psychic”, the lead character’s name becoming Rose Baxter. Raven initially auditioned to play Chelsea Daniels.

Another actress initially booked the role of Chelsea but Raven fought for Anneliese van der Pol to get the role because she liked her better. Anneliese had to give up playing Kim Possible for the show.

The Cheetah Girls was based off a book series that had twin sisters as members of the group. The twin sisters were scrapped off the movie adaption and replaced as the character of Dorinda.

Lizzie McGuire writers almost added a gay couple to the series but Disney was against it at the time.

After Lizzie McGuire ended, it was supposed to have a spin off that followed Lizzie through high school and a sequel to the Lizzie McGuire Movie. Both projects were scrapped after there were major disputes about Hilary's salary.

They also created a spinoff that focused on Miranda's little sister, Stevie. Selena Gomez was cast in the starring role, but the show never made it to air.

Jump In! was originally supposed to be called “Double Dutch” and Raven was supposed to play Keke Palmer’s part.

Bridgit Mendler auditioned for the role of Sonny but did not end up getting the part. Good Luck Charlie would’ve not happened if she was to get the part.

A love triangle between Sonny, Chad, and Nico was supposed to happen to create a divide between fans over who they thought she should end up with.

Lemonade Mouth 2 didn’t happen because the writers couldn’t come up with a good enough storyline for the sequel and decided to just leave it at that.
