LGBTQ+ representation!!! the main character is openly pansexual and daniel levy, the creator, has made it his mission to not include homophobia in the town of schitt’s creek as if not to give homophobes that power!

character!! development!! the character development throughout the six seasons is quite frankly the most beautiful thing to watch and it is handled so amazingly without a writer trying to change the characters completely

an LGBT kiss constantly on screen just like the straights get to do and i think that’s beautifu

david rose’s iconic sweaters, need I say more?

the fact that they openly talk about panic attacks and anxiety in season one with humour but without overstepping any boundaries

the cast are the most wholesome human beings

david and stevie’s friendship. iconic. beautiful. breathtaking.
