STOP BELIVING YOUR OB WHEN THEY SAY YOUR BABY IS MEASURING “TOO BIG” AND YOU NEED TO BE INDUCED.
99% of the time baby is NOT “too big”
US weight estimates can be off by OVER A POUND either direction
A “big” baby does NOT automatically mean a complicated vaginal birth or C/S.

A “big” baby does NOT automatically mean a complicated vaginal birth or C/S.
And let’s say that baby IS larger than average!
News flash- YOUR BODY IS DESIGNED TO HANDLE IT. It is EXTREMELY RARE for baby to be “too big.”
Different laboring positions can change the ENTIRE outcome of your labor. (Laboring on your back closes the pelvis by over 30%!)

Sincerely, a mother of four babies.
All four were over 8lbs.
THREE were over 9lbs.
ONE was 2 ounces short of 11lbs.
My two biggest (9lbs 10oz and 10lb 14oz) we’re born at home. No tears.
It absolutely can be done.

Just adding that I realize there are legitimate reasons to have a c-section.
However, those legitimate reasons are grossly inflated by OB’s who have a limited understanding of how to properly support a woman in labor and want babies to come on THEIR time.
