(inspired by @fleurscal) lowcal foods from restaurants/fast food places i go to!

ik some of these aren’t v low but when your family pays attention to everything you eat you’ve gotta do what you can

this is for myself, i’m not trying to encourage anything!
noodles + company (pt 1)

the penne rosa and pan noodles are a tad spicy so you have to have a bunch of water with them fyi

ugh these are so high but it’s either this or zucchini pasta which is a no from me
noodles + company (pt 2)

soups and salads are always great! i don’t usually get soups cause they freak me out for some reason lol

there’s also the soups as sides at 140 cals for each and a side mac n cheese at 270 cals
panera (pt 1)

i forever stan the salads and soups! i included both sizes for the soups but the cals on the half salads are about half less
panera (pt 2)

dessert! and grilled cheese ofc sjsjsj

i usually avoid dessert tho so

these are all good too! they also have bread n stuff that’s pretty lowcal but bread is scary so

roasted chicken: 260 cals

chicken teriyaki: 320 cals

veggie delite: 190 cals

anything on their freshfit menu is under 400 cals!
subway (pt 2)

veggie delite (wrap): 330 cals

italian bmt (salad): 240 cals

basically any of the salads are pretty good and i’m tired of looking lmao
sonic (pt 1)

crispy tender sandwich: 440 cals

small popcorn chicken: 330 cals

chicken tenders (3pc): 260 cals

grilled cheese: 430 cals (can’t find a pic)
sonic (pt 2)

small fries (and small tots): 250 cals

mini oreo sonic blast: 440 cals

all their desserts are kinda high so imma stay away from that altogether
dairy queen (pt 1)

grilled chicken sandwich: 390 cals

3pc chicken strip meal: 360 cals

side salad: 25 cals 😍

blt salad: 280 cals (id get it without the bacon n tomato so probably even lower tehe)
dairy queen (pt 2)

pretzel sticks: 330 cals

kids fries: 180 cals
this doesn’t include all the lowcal foods (for example u will notice there’s no beef) on these menus, i’m just picky lmao
dairy queen (pt 3)

mini choco brownie blizzard: 400 cals

mini oreo blizzard: 380 cals

mini reese’s blizzard: 360 cals

mini butterfinger blizzard: 350 cals

all their cones are good! for example the small chocolate dipped cone is 320 cals
dairy queen (pt 4)

i don’t wanna do all of them separately so here. the sundaes are for size small ofc and the other stuff is just one size
