We NEED to find a new name for body checks. Locals are searching it to gawk at our bodies and releasing personal information of even minors. It’s too easy for them to find and harass us, and I see it as a major safety concern for our community.

Also, to minors (esp the ones who b c), I recommend going private when you go to sleep. The minor who’s bodycheck was found by locals seemed to be asleep when the account started posting her information. It’s is just very worrying to me knowing how much can happen in that time.

I don’t want to sound like I’m nagging, but I just have moots that are minors and I fear for their physical and emotional safety.

Double also, make sure you have geotags off for your photos. If they aren’t off then the geographical location will be attached to the photo.

The best course of action would probably be to start censoring the word bo:dy ch:eck to make it hard for locals to search. It was already suggested in the replies, but I wanted to add it it the thread as well! It’s the simplest and most effective solution!
