Indie comics are a risky venture in the best of times, months of work with no promise of pay. Making one about disabled kids in formats accessible TO the disabled is a HUGE challenge.
I think it& #39;s worth it. Help me make this happen!

Unlike most comics where you do a few finished pages and put up a Kickstarter, we& #39;re aiming to make this ACCESSIBLE first and foremost, which means a printed comic/reward may NOT be the best format. We want it to be something everyone can enjoy, including the blind.
That means formatting the script in a way for text readers to interpret each page and panel as a full description of the art, action and dialogue.
It also means several resolution sizes for digital books. A printed floppy is down the list.
How do you Kickstart that?

So we& #39;re doing a Go Fund Me to allow @JennyOdio and I to be paid as we develop the book and work out all the format issues. It& #39;s FAR more risk and work than your average comic. That& #39;s why we need your help. I& #39;ve done a successful KS comic. This is WAY different.
