Bulimia Nervosa
: a psychological eating disorder characterized by episodes of binge eating and followed by inappropriate methods to lose weight like purging
Fillicide
: an act of parents killing their own children

• Motivations in killing Go Eun:
- Altruistic Fillicide
: committed out of love, usually to help the child avoid perceived suffering

ANXIETY DISORDER

: type of personality disorder characterised by impulsive, irresponsible and often criminal behaviour
: people with this disorder can’t understand others’ feelings
MANIC EPISODE
: emotional state characterized by a period of at least one week where an elevated, expansive, or unusually irritable mood exists.
•usually engaged in significant goal-directed activity beyond their normal activities and pursue risky, but pleasurable behaviors.
during an acute manic episode, he experienced symptoms like increased in risky behaviors (overspending) and heightened sexual confidence
PSYCHOSIS
: a loss of contact with reality, typically including delusions (false ideas about what is taking place or who you are) and hallucinations (seeing or hearing things that aren't there).
• people may hear, see, feel, or believe things that are not real.
*note: manic episodes and psychosis are not disorders itself but are commonly associated with the BIPOLAR DISORDER
Urinary Incontinence
: the involuntary leakage of urine.
:a person urinates when they do not want to. Control over the urinary sphincter is either lost or weakened.
Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)
: a childhood behavioural problem characterised by constant disobedience and hostility.

• Children with ODD are uncooperative, defiant, and hostile toward peers, parents, teachers, and other authority figures.
Psychotic Depression
: a subtype of major depression that occurs when a severe depressive illness includes some form of psychosis
• individual suffering from it is at an increased risk of self harm

Stockholm Syndrome
