The CVE field is rampant w/ grifters & profiteers. After being groomed & exploited by neo-Nazis as a teen girl, I was exploited by @CBC, who took my life from headlines & made a movie that attributed it to another woman - a "former" who stole my story and marketed it as her own.

I'm gay & Jewish - and I felt uncomfortable among some "reformed" CVE practitioners. Two yrs ago I was on an @AVE_org conference call where ppl discussed marketing one former ex-con skinhead as a speaker for Jewish groups - and heard "Uh, but we have to work on his antisemitism."
Now I'm suing @onemooreliz for appropriating my identity & life story. I'm Jewish (by DNA+conversion) & she is not. I lost relatives in the Holocaust, she has not. Yet she runs an antisemitism webinar & is asked to speak at Holocaust conferences, and I'm out of money for lawyers.
So yeah, call me jaded. But to be exploited as a minor teen by neo-Nazis, then find my courage to fight back at age 18 and help to shut them down - only to have my story exploited by media & stolen by a fraudulent "former" takes away my faith in humanity, justice, & the CVE field

Putting a former violent extremist on TV is sexy for ratings - shock value+crocodile tears are great clickbait. But when @CBC producers stole my life story from headlines to make a movie that earned Emmy & Gemini nominations while I rooted for food thru garbage - only crickets.
Did @CBC or @TVO report on my lawsuits? Of course not. They pulled rank to cover up for their execs.

The amount of income you earn from being a professional "Former" white supremacist/neo-Nazi/jihadist is NOT commensurate to how much of a positive difference you make in the world.

Not only did @onemooreliz steal my life story, sell it to the @CBC for $12K and go on @Spaikin's show to claim SHE shut down the neo-Nazi group I risked my life to shut down, in 2020 she took my main lecture title "From Hate to Hope" & started calling her talk "From Hate to Love"
This happened AFTER I'd already sued her in Dec 2018 for appropriation of personality. Since 1994 my life has been scavenged & cannibalized by Elizabeth Moore, who cherry-picked details of my traumatic teenage years in order to build herself a platform on a foundation of fraud.
So before you come at me with "Former neo-Nazis can do good work", know that I've had my story stolen by a "former". I've seen unqualified, antisemitic former extremists jostle for publicity & cash in on movie/book deals. And I'm the only one who actually HAS a crim/psych degree.
