(I try to keep a runny tally in my head - helps get through the days, knowing there is a light at the end)

3. People are starting to wear masks (and more states and business are requiring them)
It took three months of collective action, but it& #39;s happening. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/04/02/not-all-heroes-wear-capes-many-wear-masks-you-should-too/">https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/...

4. Growing awareness of airborne (which means more people will add #HealthyBuildings controls)
This is another that took months. Grateful for my colleagues - we& #39;ve been pushing on this since Feb - and grateful to @apoorva_nyc for telling our story. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/04/health/239-experts-with-one-big-claim-the-coronavirus-is-airborne.html">https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/0...

6. Vaccines seem to be working; talk of FDA approval as early as Oct
Remember, this was not always a given that vaccines would work, so this is very good sign.
Also, vaccines don& #39;t save people, vaccinations do (ht @juliettekayyem). Mfg and distr are key https://www.statnews.com/2020/07/01/covid-19-vaccine-from-pfizer-and-biontech-shows-positive-results/">https://www.statnews.com/2020/07/0...
