Vikas Dubey case was a very good case to start change in things,all the police-political nexus should have been revealed ,proper investigation done and then those in service,even at high positions should have been terminated from jobs.

There was infamous "Ankh Fodwa " kaand in one town of Bihar- Gangajal movie.I guess it was in 1978-79.
It was more brutal than encounters,leaving criminals blind lifelong.
Now we all know crimes of Bihar in next 2 decades-1980s and 1990s.
