TIPS FOR ACNE-PRONE SKIN⚡️

(no cost, my own tips- a thread)
1. Do not SELF-MEDICATE.
2. PROPER HYGIENE.
3. Cut/trim your nails every week.
4. Be responsible to drink A LOT of water. (especially after you pee, keep your body hydrated!)
5. Change your pillow case EVERY WEEK. (every week?) Google it for further explanations.
6. Wash your face GENTLY. Once you’re done in your forehead and sides of your eyes, rinse immediately. Next is your cheeks & chin area. I wash it separately because I don’t want transfer the oils from my forehead down to my cheeks. (this is my own habit of washing my face and
please after cleansing, gently pat your face with a CLEAN towel)
7. Always wash your hands, do not rely on alcohol (if you’re at home)
8. After taking a bath and doing your own skin care- wipe your cellphones/ gadgets with a wet tissue with small amount of alcohol before USE. Please do not touch/use your cellphone in the middle of doing your skin care.
9. Tip #8 is actually my everyday habit because every after I took a bath, I feel very fresh and clean. You too right? So as your things, clean it.
10. Do not always look in the mirror. The stress you feel about your pimples will cause another batch of pimples.
11. Do not take oral medicines that you just heard from your friends, consult a Doctor first.
12. Don’t be fooled by the reviews of other people here in social media about the beauty products they sell.
13. Do not panic if you woke up with 1 or 2 pimples in your face and you will immediately tweet about it because if you do, stfu.
14. Use mild soaps or baby soaps.
15. Do not OVERWASH your face.
16. Always bring alcohol when you go outdoors.
17. Wear headband to keep your hair away from your face.
18. Do not insult people with acne prone skin.
19. Again, Proper Hygiene. PROPER HYGIENE.
