The MV is all in Black & White with splashes of color, like Sin CityRED for Jennie YELLOW for Jisoo Suits Velvet Brown hair for both Hypnotic vibes
Jisoo starts the song slowly with her deep honey voiceWe find ourselves inside of a vintage jazz club; Jisoo is standing on the bar counter, looking lost and lonely
Jisoo is bored and is reapplying her lipstickThen she hears a sound coming from the piano and immediately turns around
Then we meet Jennie's voice while she's playing the piano inside of the jazzclub but we don't see her face yet, her back is the only part showed to the viewer
Her voice sounds longing and hypnotic
Finally we see Jennie's face, especially her red lips while she has her first vocal verseJisoo is completely charmed by the mysterious girl's voice, and Jennie looks up to her, smirking
The first Chorus, sang by JisooJisoo is on a ship, looking down at the Ocean under her while the sun is going down
While the chorus continues, for the first time, part of the choreography is shown to usIt's more of a calm tempo choreo but very detailed
We come to the second verse, this time Jennie raps but with a much slower flow than her usual one She's laying down on a couch drinking sparkling red wine
Jennie's rap vibe is similar to her verse on Stay Her Chanel gown flows from her body as the wind enters from the giant window
Jisoo has her second verse, she's standing on glass cubes, keeping her balance between them
Jisoo's part is again very calm but intense, she fully portraits her full raspy tone
The second chorus of the song is by Jennie She's sitting on a table in the same jazz club and Jisoo is in front of her, it almost looks like she's singing to the other woman
This time the choreography is filmed in a mirror room, with the numerous reflections of the two girls
Bridge: This is an Instrumental bridge where the rhythm starts getting quicker than before, like what happens in the "Why'd you only call me when you're h!gh" bridgeJisoo is running up some old wooden stairwell, while giggling. She then stops and looks up
The camera moves to Jennie, who's much higher than Jisoo. She looks down at the other girl while still catching her breath. She then sends a flying kiss and starts running up again
The outro is sang by both of them together, but at the end Jennie keeps singing while Jisoo makes various high notes The Music Video ends with them looking at each other
