What are they putting in Destiny players water? The game already has a dearth of content compared to most MMOs, even after expansions, but most players I& #39;ve spoken to are cool with them deleting 70% of it (mostly paid!) to make room for the next expansion.
As an example, I& #39;ve played hundreds of hours of Final Fantasy XIV. The expansions have turned it into an absolute goliath of a game.
They& #39;re planning on abridging some of the overly padded launch story arc (good!) but not deleting any zones or dungeons or raids.

Also, just to clarify: Bungie are removing most of the content from the original £40 retail launch version of Destiny 2, plus the initial £30 expansion pass, in order to & #39;make room& #39; for another expansion that you have to pay £35 for, plus season passes on top of that.
Also, just adding that & #39;We need to reduce the download size to make room& #39; is a bullshit excuse as well. HItman 2 with all the first game& #39;s content is a massive 160gb install, but you can uninstall individual missions if you want it smaller.
