On July 6 the Court issued orders expanding authority for video or telephone conferencing in Criminal Cases https://www.dcbar.org/about-the-bar/news/upload/Promulgation-Order-20-05.pdf, and in Juvenile Cases https://www.dcbar.org/about-the-bar/news/upload/Promulgation-Order-20-06.pdf.
