Joan Kubai's house is located in runda exactly 12.5kms from Nairobi town via muthaiga road which is 25mins away. We will use only 10 minutes to get there.[A Heist Thread]

Why..because we will use ESV Escalade vehicles which are fast. They are faster than the police cars. Which is a golden advantage.
What we need for the heist.

1. Joan cannot resist handsome men. This is where the shamakhokho guy (Billy the goat) comes in. His looks are unbeaten and he always has a way with girls.

2.We will attack during the day. So we need a source of darkness. Which is why we Will have to bring Butita with us. Butita will be positioned inside the house causing darkness hence the CCTVs won't see us.The Kubai's will think darkness is falling. Which is our advantage

Our hackers from githurai will open the gates for us. Once we are inside the gate. We will hide at the gazebo.

Ik you will ask about the security personnel. Now..every week Joan gets a photographer of her choice from uptown to come take pictures as she models( only on pictures) 3 days before the heist we will create a photography company profile for Billy the Goat.

Our hackers will make sure the Goat photography owner is booked as a photographer by joan who will already have seen his profile.
On the day of the heist Billy will report at the gate as a photographer and a master perfume seller.

For a soldier who spends 12 hours in a gate they need perfume because they rarely see the water during the day unless drinking water..They will test the perfumes and that is how they will unknowingly sleep.

Billy will be taking pictures inside the mansion. And he will ask to take a family photo..so the family will gather around. We will use one of the 5 living rooms to get inside the mansion. but Butita will use the main door unseen. Once we are inside.
