A lot of women know what this feels like. It's not fun when men stare at you, speak under their breath, mock you and take up as much space as they physically can in your presence. Everyone should feel safe at work, including #ableg. 2/3

When @MarieFrRenaud said she felt uncomfortable with the "non-verbal communication" she was ordered to withdraw her concerns and apologize. When men in positions of power do this it discourages women from entering politics. #ableg 3/3
