ACT Health following up with management. Risk is low. Anyone there, then: monitor closely for symptoms
CHO Kerryn Coleman reminds everyone to be kind to each other (which I second, based on our textline yesterday...)

"We don’t blame anyone for these new cases. The situation in Victoria is evolving very quickly, and people coming to the ACT who may have COVID-19 need our support."
Coleman encourages ANYONE with symptoms to get tested and "know that if you do test positive for COVID-19 we will support you and do everything we can to ensure you get better."

Currently there are:

168 people in quarantine (at hotels or at home)

~400 requests to enter the ACT (residents & non-residents)

Coleman: "we need time to assess how effective [border/quarantine restrictions] will be in slowing the spread of the virus".
