It is so ridiculously obvious that Florida and Texas are lying about coronavirus deaths.

Today, compared to New Jersey:

Texas: 40x more new cases; only 2x more new deaths

Florida: 40x more new cases; fewer deaths

Complete, obvious coverup.
To the people suggesting there is a rational explanation due to improved treatments or a higher concentration of young people, none of that holds up to scrutiny.

FL and TX cases aren’t 40x more concentrated with young people.

Their treatments were *learned* from NY and NJ.
If declining death rates were due to improved treatments, death rates would be falling on an age-adjusted basis on par regardless of location.

If it was due to age, FL and TX would have 20x NJ’s daily deaths not 2x or fewer.
There is *some* lag in likely deaths due to the recency of the spike in FL and TX.

There is a 0.00% chance that Florida truly has 50,000 more cases than New Jersey yet only 1/5 of the fatalities.
