1) Royale High Homestore owners were not notified before hand that they were getting removed and were given no explanation when they got removed. Many people noticed they were removed by noticing they were no longer in the designer discord chat.
2)During this all the designers were contacting each other and we realized many people got removed, very TALENTED people. As we realized that we were all kicked for good we had decided to dm Kelsey and Riley, they didn’t respond to us until the end of the day.
3)They explained to me that my reason was because of inactivity and having people make clothing in my group, they also stated “other reasons that they cannot say”. I would love to know what other reasons that caused me to loose my spot but I guess I’ll never know.
3.5) In fact many people got the inactivity card, even AngelicMou who would post designs on a daily basis, strange right?
4) The worst part about this is that this all happened during the beginning of a pandemic, and many of us designers main/only job is designing.
5)As people started to see the homestores that were getting removed the blame shifted onto Kelsey as most of the people removed had drama with Kelsey in the past. I do agree to that statement not fully but it possible could be true. Kelsey went onto twitter saying something like-
5.5) “it wasn’t her and she has no control, Barbie has full control”, causing people thinking she was blaming it on barbie. Kelsey doesn’t have no control over it though, but that doesn’t mean she did have a say in it.
6) Kelsey told barbie various users to look into and with Barbie reviewing case carefully, she made the final decision. So Barbie did know about all this beforehand. This was told to me by KateKa.
7) 7) The day some designers got kicked they automatically wanted to replace us and opened applications to accept new designers. This truly hurt us as we got no explanation when they kicked us but we noticed this tweet right away!
This is not to spread hate or shade to anyone but to show people the truth about what happened and not these false accusations people were spreading.
