8)"Mar mitna complex" - no sufi training needed for women coz we born into self-annihilation. To survive - as a physical being - is a miracle. To exult in self-love - near impossible. And a sign of being awful, witch, bitch, slut, career-type etc. Only love is patriarchal love

9) All ideas of romance are patriarchal. Men are agents, women mere bodies to be acted upon. Men propose, men initiate, men decide. Wait for rishta. Dream of hero. Never believe you are the hero. That love is surrender and mar mitna, not equal respect and equal humanity.
