i suppose improvement doesn't necessarily mean to try something new all the time, but sometimes you just have to do the same mistake over 100 times until actually realise that you get bored of it.

sometimes you just realise after the 100th time that you do that actual mistake.
people want to improve and ask for comment and critism, but in the end it's very pointless to ask for it, if there is no intention of using it.
a lot of people stick to one certain method on how they approach their work because they become comfortable with it.

If you want to grow, and you see people growing faster than yourself, it is because these people think more outside of the box and try more methods.
if you agree to a project. Stick to it and finish it as good as you can.

you accepted that work, hold on to your word, even if you realise it wasn't for you.

The work itself might be able to give you new possibilities in the future. Keep that in mind.
you do not loose *your style*. you do not have to be scared about *messing up.*

but you should be scared about becoming too comfortable with yourself and your workflow.

everything you learn will help you think further outside of the box and become more distinctive.
Do not close the doors for certain projects just because they are a little different from what you expected.

seek the challenge and get that valueable experience. the more you do it, the easier it'll be to stay flexible and open for new knowledge.
