How to approach your employers about Wokeness, a very general template. Remember to stay polite and to show that you're informed.

1) Express concern for the issues at hand and a want to solve them by the best means possible.
2) Demonstrate understanding of the current approach, which you should say you have studied and have serious concerns about. You MUST demonstrate you understand it rather well, though. Use phrases like "rooted in discourse theory" and "applied conflict theory."
Try to discuss some specifics of the ideology that you understand and why you're worried it goes wrong. Mention how White Fragility and these other books are based in these specific ideas and why they are divisive, at the least.
Much of the Woke ideology is pushed through by people who claim to be the only people who know the hot new relevant information. Show that to be false. You know it, and you disagree. This requires learning the basics. See New Discourses.
3) Express concern that the current measures address the right impulse but are being taken up in haste without fully understanding them. This is 100% true. Sweeping changes made in haste usually have unintended consequences.
4) Express a willingness to help investigate them more fully and compare them against other possibilities (say something should be done, but you want to be sure it's the right thing; point out how fast this all seems for such big changes and maybe other small concerns).
