ALSO if you are a streamer, be wary about people who approach you suddenly asking about VO work in their game. Some are absolutely legit. Some think that streamers don't know what fair rates are and will ABSOLUTELY try and take advantage of that and you.

ESPECIALLY if they mention that their whole cast is streamers (and not big names, either). That shit's predatory.
