everyone i know whose living situation has fallen apart during the shut down is Black.

many of my Latinx friends have condensed multiple family members under one roof. gotten high risk essential worker jobs w/ no health benefits, mortgages not forgiven, many family members evicted & sleeping on couches.
every white person i know is getting the 600/week and/or has living parents they can go "home" to live with and/or a job that lets them work from home.
many of them have gotten loans that they& #39;re using to start new companies during this.

people are not receiving equal treatment nor are they in even comparable circumstances. the 2008 recession was tough on a lot of middle class families. this is absolutely knocking out everyone who is considered behind upper middle class.
