Dear @ravelry - thank you (I think) for having a survey. But - seriously - no place for comments? You must have HUNDREDS of qualitative researchers on your boards (holds up hands as one). We'd be happy to help. This survey is not useful. 1/
2/ I suppose a readability survey is useful - but *not one that contains the issues you already know about*. Those don't need a survey. They need fixing. There is no redemption for the issues which are making people ill. I don't care how many people like them.
3/ Some people liking something *is not enough to warrant making others ill* (and if that is not a phrase for 2020, I don't know what is). The site is causing people illness, pain, and an inability to access it. It doesn't need a survey to fix that.
4/ There are clear industry standards about these things, which have been pointed out time and time and time again. No more surveys, a lot more actions. Fiddle with little stuff later, fix the main issues now, please.
