Upon complaining she was informed that the driver claimed to have "left it in her hallway as it wouldn& #39;t fit through the door."

She has already paid £450 since for a locksmith to replace the patio doors and will also require further refurbishments inside due to the damage caused by SCS staff.

After visiting offices & filing a complaint this has still NOT been resolved by @SCSSofas. Absolutely disusting.
