- Said masks spread the virus and suggested "leftist globalists" might seek to get people sick on purpose to enact "population control"

- Has had multiple Facebook posts flagged for misinformation

- Had at least one YouTube video taken down for misinformation

- Has called @GovMikeDeWine an "emperor," "dictator," "tyrant" and many other names

- Called Ohio law enforcement the "DeWine Goon Squad"

- Encouraged Ohioans to break the law by ignoring Ohio's stay-at-home orders

- Said he'd be tested for COVID-19 "over my cold, dead body"

- Liked posts saying DeWine should be "hog-tied" and dragged out of office if he condoned the health director's "unconstitutional Nazi tactics"

- Made a baseless claim that the health director would seek to prevent General Election voting in November to benefit Democrats

- Said, of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus, "I am darker than MOST of the people in this picture"

- Wrongly claimed a resolution to declare racism a public health crisis was about instituting gun control/judicial reform

- Has repeatedly spread misinformation about contact tracing. He wrongly claims it is mandatory; will result in people being removed from their homes; involves phone spying; and a host of other things.

Honestly, this list could go on for another 30 tweets, but you get the idea.

Vitale has faced no consequences for any of this. He is running unopposed for a fourth term this November.

I stopped asking Speaker @HouseholderOH's office for comment about Vitale's shenanigans. My requests were always ignored.
