Ngũgĩ somewhere argues that there is always room to better one’s best. I wholeheartedly agree with him. Consequently, I have never believed that I know anything thoroughly. So, eternally, there is room for me to update my knowledge of anything that I supposedly know. 1/4

Quite often, I come across social media ‘friends’ who pretend to know things better than everyone else. Knowledge is an ocean, as the saying goes. Thus, instead of embarrassing yourself, please, learn to be humble and learn from others. 2/4

No professor, dead or alive, knows everything in his or her own field. Also, remember the Qur'anic story of Prophet Musa and Khidr. 3/4

Please, let’s be more humble, more moderate and more accommodating. I despise intellectual bullying. We are not here to compete on who knows what better than who and so on. We are here for information, networking, friendship, fun and related reasons. 4/4
