EZEREAL'S RETRO THREAD

And here we are, this thread will get some updates from time to time and it will be mostly about my old gaming magazines from the late 90s and early 2000s 😊

But I'd like to start with a pic of a few GBC/GBA games I bought back then, loved them! 😍

1/
You realized with this pic of GBC/GBA games that my tastes didn't really change in 20 years!

I won't be able to show you everything I have as unboxing everything and then putting them back would be a mess so I'll only show you the ones I'm most proud about, here my DS games:

2/
And now, after the GameBoy and NDS, it's time for some of my GameCube games (not all games, just some of them).

Aaah, Skies of Arcadia, Tales of Symphonia, Baten Kaitos , Metroid Prime, Zelda TWW, Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid TTS and StarFox...This console was amazing!

3/
And as a last tweet about my retro games these are my favorite Wii games (out of 45 games)!

Xenoblade of course! Muramasa might be the only one to surprise you here I guess :p

Tomorrow I will start to show you a gaming magazine, my oldest one actually so...stay tuned :p

RETRO MAGAZINES

Today I'll show you the oldest gaming magazine I have, it's a guide from November 1994 about the Sega MegaDrive game Sonic & Knuckles!

But more than a guide about this game, it was a content heavy guide about the Sonic universe. Bought by my mom :D

5/
Inside this guide you have, for example, pages about the main characters such as Sonic, Robotnik, Tails, Knuckles and Amy with their design from this era.

It was a very interesting way to know the origins of these characters,I was so fascinated with the Sonic lore back then!

6/
The levels of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 with playable Knuckles were shown with tips to find everything :)

7/
This is my first #Nintendo magazine, called X64, it was the first issue (November 1997).

It was crazy in terms of content:

-Reviews for Mario 64 (14 pages), Pilotwings 64, Mario Kart 64, Wave Race, Star Wars Shadows of the Empire, Turok...

-Previews for Goldeneye 007...

8/
Time to bring the Retro thread back after a break!

These are my Nintendo 64 and my Nintendo GameCube 😇

They aged well 😁

9/
The game that changed my life and made me the strong and loyal Nintendo fan I am today => The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

No game has been more revolutionary imo, the only game I completed more than 3 times to this day!

Still proud to have it!

#Zelda

Let's add other boxes from the late 90s and early 2000s, as you can see they're in a very good state 20 years+ later!
