No NGO in this country or state will look at these issues:
- Government schools in TN where the quality of education has dropped to such appalling levels
- Govt Engineering colleges where the students are not provided with any proper facilities due to lack of funding

- Govt Arts and Science colleges where the quality of the professors have dropped to such levels that none of them can be employed for teaching
- TASMAC, where only a few distilleries supply alcohol
- Real Estate developers who have encroached into lakes

- Why TN produces the most number of unemployable Engineers
And a lot more.
But all of them will file PILs against some Infrastructure project or some cable project announced by the central government!

Never trust any NGO, they will do more harm to the society than corruption!
