"Thought Stopping Technique" ⤵️

How do you go about it?

- Make a lists of things that bother you everyday
- Know your triggers for it
-List your most stressful thoughts
- When you know it is hindering, Close your eyes, Imagine the thought and say the word 'STOP' aloud.
- After saying it the word STOP aloud, immediately replace it with a positive statement.

How does it help?
- It aims at stopping your negative thought.
- It can help you out with stressful event that hinders with your daily life.
-Helps you out in anxious situations.
