Pedophilia Response Thread

This is me defending why I said what I said. We all have opinions, and sometimes I am wrong. If you feel like arguing with me on a point that I make (not just in general, you'd get nowhere), then by all means. I'm happy to debate.

Holy FUCK. I made this goddamn tweet on Sunday because it was my first off day from work and I was excited to just lay around on my phone and laptop all day. That mindset put me out of caring about the repercussions of what I say. Normally, I would've kept this to myself.

However, I would still believe for the exact reasons I'm going to list here. Firstly, there is no okay reason for targeted harassment. I don't care if it's fucking Hitler, targeted harassment is not fun for anyone involved. Luckily, I have thick ass skin.

Someone (image included) made a mock account of me temporarily. The have since changed back, but just look at this shit. For a fucking political opinion I have. Is that okay? I really don't think so. Especially since my reasoning is justified to me. That makes it worthwhile.

The point of the tweet I called out was to go and ban the account from TikTok. Now, the only reason I regret the post is that I have to defend a TikTok user, but here goes. Bruh, wtf? You don't know his relation with the girl, or what he's done.

Sending an angry mob at him is not the way, chief. I spoke out against that in my tweet. But, I also did more than that: I spoke out in defense of his actions. Obviously people thought he was a pedophile, yet I don't think so. Finally, let's get to my reasoning.

Point One: Pedophilia

Pedophilia is one of those root derived words. It can be split into pedo and philia. Philia means "attraction to." ____philia means "attraction to _____," so Pedophilia is attraction to pedos. What is a pedo?

A pedo has two definitions. One is "someone who hasn't yet hit puberty." The second is "a legal minor." By the latter, any legal minor is technically a pedophile for being attracted to other legal minors, but I know everyone is going to talk about the first.

So pedophilia means "attraction to kids who haven't hit puberty." Okay, but doesn't that also make everyone a pedophile? We all think kids are cute, don't deny it. Everyone calls kids cute. Sure, it's not in a sexual way, but we are attracted to their cuteness.

So, by either definition, of course I'm a pedophile. I'd be weird if I wasn't. However, we all know that pedophile is only ever used to mean sexual relations with a legal minor or, for legal minors, prepubescent kids. All of a sudden, I am neither.

I've never had sexual relations with anyone. Oh, but I already know people will think of "eye-fucking." Really? One, people can't help their sexual attractions. That's LITERALLY the point of the LGBT community. The difference is pedophilia is a literal crime and morally awful.

Pedophilia meaning having sex with kids. If you think a kid looks cute in a sexual way, can't really help that one, chief. Sure, it's weird as fuck, but as long as you're not loud or vocal about it, no one will know or care. So whatever.

Now, that's enough about me. I need to get the "you're a pedophile" allegations off my back. However, we do need to discuss the older guy in the video.

Point Two: He's Not A Pedophile

The guy is most likely related to the young girl. Okay, so does he have sexual intent with her? I don't think so. Let's recount the video.

1) Girl looks down his pants (on her on) and laughs
2) Guy peers down her shirt and laugh

With that, we have a solid case AGAINST pedophilia on his part. For starters, she looked down his pants. Completely without him. There might've been coaxing, but that's speculation (which isn't aloud in a court case). He can't be a pedophile if she's curios.

Now the second has the most red flags. He looks down her shirt. Oh no, she's also uncovered! I don't know of any girls my age before puberty who "covered" their chest with bras, mainly because there isn't anything to cover.

Had he looked down her pants, then that would've been an issue. However, he looked at her chest. A prepubescent girl's chest is almost identical to a prepubescent boy's chest. Also, Idc what you say, breasts are not sexual in any way, shape, or form. They're just a common fetish.

I say this because "sexual" refers to the activities connected to intimate relations. Hey, it's Google, not me. Breasts aren't really connected in any way unless you make them. Either way, she doesn't even have breasts, so it's irrelevant. So, onto the final point.

Point Three: Public Definitions

This is a problem. We have let people pervert the meaning of words. For example, the word perverted means to corrupt and has no connections to anything sexual. How does this tie into pedophilia?

Well, especially in the age of political correctness, we have forgotten what words mean. The biggest example is racism. It is not racist to say you are black and I am white to a black person, or to describe someone as being black, or to have racism in a media you made.

It is racist to have prejudice against someone. The most controversial and current example is a cop killing a black man is not racist unless the cop did it because the man was black.

Or may favorite, when you say something negative about a black person. No it is not racist to say I'm smarter than a black guy or he's stronger than a black guy. It's not racist to say that black guy is a bad man. It becomes racist if in context I'm lying to defame the black man.

This concept of definition perversion has expanded into terms like sexism, transphobia, islamophobia, and pedophilia. That term basically means any older man who has any relation to a young person, especially a girl.

Middle aged forty year old touch a girl to ask her a question? Pedophilia. Man carries his daughter away from the park screaming and crying? Pedophilia. Uncle has close relationship with niece? Pedophilia.

This, ironically, comes from the nuclear family mindset that only women can have healthy relationships with children. It's funny how the same sort of people who want to do away with the fallacies of the past pick and choose what they want, huh?

This guy is most likely also a legal minor; he looks seventeen. He's probably her brother. He does not mean to have sex with her. It is not pedophilia.

And there, I rest my case. I have listened to forty minutes of the ten hour Soviet National Anthem Instrumental I'm listening to, and I've accumulated 10 notifications. I also actually breeched Twitter's max thread limit for a single posting. I am commenting right now.

The fact that I have to type this all out in the first place saddens me, as I hoped there were more people out there who saw what I saw and agreed. But, alas, people are so dogmatic in their ways. It truly is the greatest irony.

Every definition I gave I looked up first, nothing from my brain. Except philia. Philia and phobia are easy for me. I don't make this hoping you agree with me, I make this hoping that you understand why I said what I said. I wouldn't make that video. I think it's awful.

However, he did. He can do it if he wants to. No nudes were shared, no harm came to anyone, who cares. It was Twitter that made a big deal out of it. I spoke out against it. I have now felt the need to right this much text to defend myself.
