I am so angry guys you don’t even know; it is not because I didn’t think it was this bad but because no one acknowledges it is this bad and look; you all pretend every single one of these things ( gender, race, sexuality ) are discriminated against in the same way, but it’s not

Believe me ur resident brown gay woman shaped person, it’s not

Because people who aren’t a woman have given me a leg up cuz I’m a women, people who aren’t gay supported me cuz I’m a gay

But white people in positions of power never fucking supported me because I’m brown

In fact often it is because of the other two things AND that I am brown, that I can be a fun good diversity hire

Often it is ONLY because I am a woman, a brown asian women who fits people’s model minority stereotype that I get to BE a diversity hire

Something I 100% know my black and brown male peers actually don’t get the benefit of
