The Bowl Patrol do not have a traditional organizational structure, membership is purely participatory and only requires a willingness to champion racism, anti-semitism, misogyny, and violence.
Much of the Bowl Patrol rhetoric involves the canonization of mass murderers into what they call Saints. Right wing extremist murderers Dylann Roof, Robert Bowers, Anders Breivik, and Brenton Tarrant are all elevated to Sainthood in the Bowl Patrol cult.

VIc Mackey and the Bowl Patrol have threatened many journalists and activists, releasing home addresses and phone numbers and encouraging real life harassment.

From the Discord leaks we knew that the person behind Vic Mackey lived in Northern California, had once attended university at Stockton, CA, works in a restaurant, and is a heavy metal music enthusiast.
We also learned details about his family including that his father had been a firefighter and a military veteran.
Vic also revealed that his father was "politically liberal". Based on social media posts, this also appears to be true. In fact, one might even say that dad is actually Antifa and certainly ashamed of his Nazi son
Vic also gave several clues as to his location including this photo which was determined to have been taken in Orangevale.

Vic Mackey also revealed that he was a long time poster on douchebag frat boy sleaze site Total Frat Move alongside fellow Nazi and Discord user Vanguard.
Andrew Casarez aka VIc Mackey posted on Total Frat Move using variations of the names Ned and Ned's Older Brother. Note the avatars are the Vic Mackey character from the televison show "the Shield." Also note the later Vic Mackey Bowl Patrol use of same image w/ extra misogyny.
Posting as "Ned's Older Brother" he also revealed that he had previously gotten a DUI in a location that was easily identified as Sacramento. Oooh, what a coincidence!

Andrew RIchard Casarez of Orangevale, California also posted on Discord that he was responisable for an act of anti-Semitic vandalism at a Synagogue in Orangeville. Note the promise of "more pranks."

One peculiar conceit that Andrew Casarez put forth repeatedly was an insistence that he was of Spanish ie. European descent in an effort to appease his internet Nazi friends. In reality he is actually half-Mexican. How he became a White Supremacist? ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯
We found Richard Andrew Casarez somewhat dormant Facebook page "Andrew Zippy Carter" but note that the header reads andrewrichard.75 as in Andrew RIchard Casarez.
Now watch closely, this is interesting. We spotted this post by another Bowl Patrol member and real life local friend of Andrew Casarez. Notice that the post links to AndrewRIchard.75 Facebook and Andrew Zippy Carter clicked the HAHA button.
We confronted Vic Mackey on Telegram and let him know he got done. And then something interesting happened. A two year old post got suddenly edited, removing both the direct link and the HA HA.
