Looking in my Bible, the Book of Daniel fell open. I began to read & thought I was reading 2day's news: Remember Dan's given a position of great authority after he did a little task 4 King Darius by interpreting the strange writing on the wall.

2) Well, those who had been demoted in rank decided to get rid of this young upstart. They searched & searched 4 something they could use against him but to no avail.
THEN they found him praying to God - the Alpha and Omega, The Great I AM..& they had a plan.

3) They convinced the King that the kingdom would be better off if all the people worshiped gods of gold and wood - he agreed, proclaimed it so & the penalty for those guilty ones who didn't, was to be thrown into the den of lions.

4) You remember in the account God saved ole Dan & then the king threw his accusers to the hungry lions & their fate was not so good. Hmmm, I wonder how Pelosi & the media crew would taste to those lions?
