Mr. President we need your help. Unfortunately California is claiming state of Emergency because i am convinced they dont want the economy to explode in hopes of defeating you in November. I am asking for you help because I own a house there because I couldnt sell

So we are renting it to a family who is taking advantage of the state of emergency and hasn’t paid rent since March. Even when newsom opens the state he has a moratorium for 3 months where tenants don’t have to pay rent and the owner cannot file any court documents. Please help
