The Insolvency Phase (The End of Hope)

I am on red alert waiting for final confirmation that the Hope phase of the market has passed (March to June was my target timing for that phase).

While, we are all watching the NDX, things beneath are beginning to smell bad... 1/
The US banks are trading like shit...here is the KRE regional banks index...it hasn't broken yet but it doesn't look good.
The BKX re-tested its massive trend line break and fell like a stone...
And the GMI Basket of BBB equities is also close to breaking lower (this basket is equally weighted of largest BBB debtor by sector).
And as ever, bond yields are telling the markets that they've priced insolvency risk incorrectly...
But I bet you didn't know that the UK banks are also bracing for incoming insolvencies...they look awful.
And the long term chart is a horror story...
The same is true of the EU banks, of course...
And in Japan too...
And long term, they are in big trouble...
Be careful. The Hope phase might be ending and the Insolvency phase might be starting... we will know soon.
